I’ve gotten so much knowledge playing this sport and would like to share some of what I’ve learned to help elevate your game. When I was a teen I wish I had a sports mentor earlier on to help me navigate the adversity and the triumphs of being an athlete.

Coach Savannah is originally from Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. Currently, she’s a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Psychology and Gender & Women’s Studies. She has a passion for martial arts and has been doing it since she was 4 years old.
She competed locally, regionally, and nationally, ranking number 2 in the world. She taught martial arts for 6 years and is now a 4th-degree black belt. She loves to help her students reach their full potential and is very excited to start working as a mental training coach.
